🥋 TECHNIQUE: More Osaekomi! We take it up a level. Look out for the Osaekomi Mastery Award certificate and study sheets for four more holds.
🈶 MORAL CODE: In December, the spotlight falls on encouraging Honesty in the Dojo, with examples to help judoka understand the meaning of “Honesty”. Get posters, colour-ins and sticker templates to use around your dojo.
🎲 DRILLS AND GAMES: A real fun game to improve balance and reactions will be coming your way. Once again we will hold an open chat, to share ideas. You’re welcome to join in!
🎁 A GIFT: But of course! I have a gift lined up for all of you who have kindly subscribed to Koka Kids. More on that around Christmas time.
