September Recap

As a Koka Kids Coaching Resources subscriber you should have received a LOT of resources this month. Here’s a quick recap incase you missed anything:

🈶 MORAL CODE: Courage in the Dojo (templates for posters, colouring pages, and stickers to encourage Courage)

🎲 DRILLS AND GAMES: Belt Races (a warm-up exercise by Olympic Champion, Miriam Blasco) - next month a new guest coach, still to be confirmed, but it’s sounding like it’s going to be a good one.

🥋 TECHNIQUE: Koshi-waza (templates to print Koshi-waza Award certificates and study sheets to help kids learn six hip throws)

💬 CHAT: Thank you to the coaches who joined the chat spaces, sharing warm-ups and talking about problems their dojos face and how we can resolve them providing resources.
